Ready to finally sort out sleep before you go back to work?

YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

FREE MASTERCLASS: Thursday 22nd January 8pm

You're counting down the weeks until you're back at work but your baby still wakes every hour or two and you feel STUCK IN SURIVAL MODE.

8 month old baby

You hoped sleep would’ve improved by now but no matter how tired you are, there’s absolutely no way you’re leaving your baby to cry.

You’re still up at 3am googling baby sleep feeling overwhelmed with all the conflicting advice.

You honestly feel like you’ve already tried it all. Co-sleeping, wake windows, different nap times, apps, bedtime routine and still nothing changes.

But now your return to work is only a few weeks away and you’re panicking about how you’ll survive on this little sleep.

HERE'S THE TRUTH: IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT, IT'S THE ADVICE...

Most of the advice out there isn’t written for Mums like you.

Mums who believe in connection, not controlled crying.

Most sleep advice is also built on assumptions that simply don’t fit your baby, your nervous system, or your life right now.

You need a plan that's gentle, effective and doable (even when you're running on empty)

This masterclass will show you the exact steps to start getting long stretches of sleep without sleep training. You’ll discover…

– The 3 biggest sleep secrets which no one is talking about that are keeping you stuck in survival mode.

– A gentle, clear step-by-step path to long stretches of sleep no crying, no ignoring your baby, no strict schedules.

– How to  improve sleep now even if you’re only weeks away from returning to work.

Hi I'm Michelle...

I’m a busy Mum, of three boys and you can probably tell I’m really passionate about helping exhausted parents with little one’s who don’t sleep well.

My journey with sleep started when I had a baby who woke up hourly and the constant disruption through the night felt like torture, leaving me barely able to cope. The prospect of returning to my career as a pharmacist on such little sleep filled me with fear and felt risky.

The difference in my life when I started getting sleep was so profound I changed my career! I am now qualified as a holistic sleep coach and have been helping families across the world with sleep for over 5 years with my gentle and responsive approach.

Sleep Success Stories...

Holly - Mum to Theo 15 months

Michelle has helped us to really gently transform our 15 month old's sleep (and ours) in a few weeks. He went from co-sleeping, only settling with mum and being up many times per night, to settling with different people, in his own bed and sleeping through! Our household is much happier now.

Laura - Mum to Lowry 13 months

I can’t believe the transformation we have seen! Lowry was waking frequently through the night and we were absolutely exhausted.

He’s now happy to go in his cot awake, lie down and drift off to sleep and then we often don’t hear from him until 6:30am the next morning and I’m really excited to go and see him. We now have the option of either parent doing bedtime as he's not relying on me feeding him to sleep and back to sleep every time.

We never left him to cry and the approach has been really gentle and responsive.

Cassi - Mum to Luca 20 months

Before this programme we had no evenings, rushed dinners, nightly co-sleeping and more often than not, wakes every 60-90 mins (20 month old) NOW, we have lots of nights with only 1/2 ‘stirs’ and not full wakes, a reduction in co-sleeping and the majority of our evenings back! We are in a much better place than at the start of the programme and don’t approach bedtime with the anxiety we did before. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Michelle for more support if it’s needed and I 100% recommend the program and expertise Michelle offers.
