Cancellation or Rescheduling
You may cancel our services at any time, and all cancellations must be in writing. For cancellations made less than 48 hours after purchase but before an appointment there is no charge. For cancellations more than 48 hours after purchase but before an appointment, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued after an appointment has occurred
You may also request to reschedule an appointment, but any reschedule requests less than 48 hours before the appointment will be treated as a cancellation. We may also ask to reschedule an appointment to an alternative future date and time that is acceptable by both parties. We also reserve the right to cancel the agreement at any time and in this case we will issue a full refund.
Cancelling the agreement by either party will result in the cancellation of all future appointments.
