If you a have a little one aged 6-18 months then this workshop is perfect for you.
This 90 minute workshop will be run my myself, a holistic sleep coach and is based on my gentle, loving, responsive and age-appropriate style of sleep support. You will leave this workshop with a better understanding of how sleep works and how to build healthy sleep habits for your little one. I will be sharing lots of practical tips to help with  sleep, to make your life easier and allow you to feel more confident as a parent.

I will also be covering the best way to deal with common issues that might arise such as split nights and early rising.


What is included?

A live workshop with limited numbers to allow time for you to ask questions at the end if you would like to.


I will be running the same workshop at 10am and again at 8pm. I will email you to ask your preference.

The workshop will be recorded and available to you if you cannot make the live session.
