If you are expecting or have a little one under 6 months then this workshop is perfect for you.
This 90 minute workshop will be run my myself, a holistic sleep coach and is based on my gentle, loving, responsive and age-appropriate style of sleep support. You will leave this workshop with a better understanding of how sleep works and how to build healthy sleep habits for your little one. I will be sharing lots of practical tips to help with infant sleep, to make your life easier and allow you to feel more confident as a new parent.

What is included?
A live workshop with limited numbers to allow time for you to ask questions at the end if you would like to.

A handout which will include lots of advice, guidance and handy tips for you to refer to afterwards.

The workshop will be recorded and available to you if you cannot make the live session.
